Cost: $35 for 30 minutes, $65 for 60 minutes, $90 for 90 minutes

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage focuses on manipulating the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue in the body focusing on relieving chronic aches, pains and tight areas like stiff necks, upper back, lower back pain, leg muscles tightness and sore shoulders

Cost: $80 for 60 minutes, $115 for 90 minutes

Pregnancy Massage

Prenatal massage is similar to regular massage in aiming to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and make the expecting mother feel good. Prenatal massage is customized to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. 

Cost: $75 for 60 minutes, $100 for 90 minutes

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a form of bodywork that can be performed pre-event or post-event geared toward active individuals. It is used to help prevent injuries, prepare the body for activity and maintain it in optimal condition. It also helps athletes recover from workouts and injuries. 

Cost: $95 for 60 minutes, $125 for 90 minutes, $150 for 120 minutes

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscles stiffness, and increases circulation and metabolism. Each session promotes deeper muscle relaxation through the use of smooth, flat, heated stones on key points of the body. 

Cost: $85 for 60 minutes, $90 for 90 minutes, $120 for 120 minutes

Receiving a hand massage can provide you with significant health benefits. Hand massage typically is quick, relaxing and provides you with immediate health benefits. such as improved finger and wrist range of motion, enhanced circulation and reduction in your trigger points.

Therapeutic pedicure

Foot massage is restorative as it gives the receiver energy. When the foot is rubbed and palpated, the elements of a foot massage come together to bring energy to the body. According to theories of flexology, foot massage releases any blockages that can hold back energy.
